Mohammad Saem Reza, Chartered Accountant
Mohammad Saem Reza is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience in statutory and bank audits, taxation, project financing, financial reporting and strategic advisory. As Managing Partner of SSARP & Associates, he helps businesses build strong financial systems with a focus on compliance, governance and scalability.
He has handled statutory audits, special purpose audits, merger audits and limited reviews for listed and private entities, with independent exposure to key audit areas including revenue, PPE, depreciation, impairment, treasury and lease accounting.
Mohammad has been associated with national and international projects, including assignments for DFS (Germany), Daewoo Constructions (South Korea) and governance initiatives under Bihar Smart City.
He actively works as a Virtual CFO and Project Consultant, supporting promoters and finance teams through financial modelling, CMA data, funding support, valuations and investor-ready reporting.
For international clients, he provides end-to-end support from India entry and office setup, tax and regulatory structuring, to post-setup GST, Income Tax and compliance advisory, acting as a single-point financial partner in India.
S. Emam (CS | LL.B | B.Com)
S. Emam is a corporate governance professional with strong expertise in company law compliance, board advisory, legal documentation and strategic support to high-growth organizations. She works closely with promoters, investors and management teams to build robust, compliant and scalable corporate structures.
She has hands-on experience in corporate secretarial services, statutory compliance management, shareholder relations and regulatory filings, ensuring seamless governance across the corporate lifecycle. Her work includes end-to-end support for Board Meetings, General Meetings, drafting of resolutions, minutes and governance documentation.
S. Emam actively advises on foreign investment and cross-border structuring, including FDI advisory, FEMA compliance, regulatory approvals and investment documentation, supporting both foreign investors and Indian entities.
She is experienced in drafting, reviewing and vetting legal documents such as agreements, MoUs, contracts and internal policies with a strong focus on legal accuracy and risk mitigation. Mohammad Shah Alam, Chartered Accountant
Mohammad Shah Alam is a finance professional with strong expertise in bank statutory audits, concurrent audits and private client advisory, delivering structured and compliance-driven audit outcomes. He has handled multiple statutory and concurrent audits of public and private sector banks, with sound understanding of Reserve Bank of India guidelines, internal controls, credit assessment and operational risk frameworks.

Priyanshi Agarwal, Chartered Accountant
Priyanshi Agarwal is a dedicated tax professional specializing in Direct Tax advisory, compliance management, assessments and litigation support. As an Associate with the firm, she manages end-to-end Income Tax matters for individuals, firms, corporates and non-profit entities, ensuring accurate filings and timely compliance.

As a Partner, she leads the firm’s GST & RERA practice, supporting businesses and real estate projects in navigating complex regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence.
