A Chartered Accountant in full-time practice since 2012, Mr. Reza leads the firm’s tax and advisory practice. He focuses on complex Income Tax and GST matters including scrutiny, assessments, appeals, survey representations and high-value transaction advisory. He is actively involved in business structuring, valuations, financial modelling and strategic advice for corporates, start-ups and SMEs, with a strong emphasis on compliant, tax-efficient solutions.

Head – Corporate Compliance & Legal Drafting
As the core Corporate Compliance and Legal Drafting specialist, Ms. Emam oversees the entire corporate law and secretarial compliance vertical. Her work includes incorporation of companies and LLPs, event-based ROC filings, annual returns, XBRL, director KYC, search reports, due-diligence and corporate governance support. She also drafts commercial agreements, MOUs, shareholder / investment documents and other legal documentation, ensuring that regulatory, contractual and procedural requirements are fully aligned for every assignment.

CA Shah Alam leads the Audit & Assurance practice of the firm, handling statutory audits under the Companies Act, tax audits under the Income-tax Act, GST audits, internal audits, stock audits and branch audits for banks and institutions.
